How to Resend or Delete an Invite

If the teammate has not accepted the invite you sent to them, you can choose to:

  • Resend the invite in case they did not see it the first time.
  • Delete the invite if you no longer want them to access the dashboard.

To perform any of these actions,

Navigate to the "Team Members" tab on the left navigation bar.

  1. Search for the team member's name. Their name will reflect "pending" on the Status column.


  1. Click on the "more" icon on the last column of the table, next to their name.
  2. Select "resend invite" or "delete invite", depending on what action you would prefer to take, and you're done.

Note:

If you resent an invite, ask your team member to check their email inbox or spam again to accept the new invite.
