How to Resend or Delete an Invite
If the teammate has not accepted the invite you sent to them, you can choose to:
- Resend the invite in case they did not see it the first time.
- Delete the invite if you no longer want them to access the dashboard.
To perform any of these actions,
Navigate to the "Team Members" tab on the left navigation bar.
- Search for the team member's name. Their name will reflect "pending" on the Status column.
- Click on the "more" icon on the last column of the table, next to their name.
- Select "resend invite" or "delete invite", depending on what action you would prefer to take, and you're done.
Note:
If you resent an invite, ask your team member to check their email inbox or spam again to accept the new invite.
