Reset your card PIN
Resetting your card PIN is crucial if you suspect someone else knows your PIN or you want to change the default card PIN to a PIN you can easily remember.
Here are the steps to follow to change a card's PIN.
- Navigate to My cards on the nav bar and go to the card in question.
- Click More > Reset PIN, and your PIN reset details will be sent to your (the cardholder's) email address. The email would look like this-
- Click on the Change Pin button in the email to change your PIN on the page you are directed to.
- Enter your current PIN and your new preferred card PIN and click on the Set Card PIN button to change your PIN and you're done.
Please note:
Resetting a card pin is only valid for the particular card chosen. If you want to reset other PINs, please repeat this process for each card.
How to View Your Current Card PIN
To view your current PIN, navigate to the My Cards page> More> View card details.
