How to Fund or Withdraw from Your Virtual Card
To start using your Bloc virtual card for transactions, you need to fund it with money from your Bloc account or sub-accounts. You can also withdraw the money in your virtual card back into your account whenever you wish.
How to Fund Your Card
- Navigate to My Cards page on the left navigation bar of your Bloc Dashboard.
- Click on the "more" icon of the card assigned to you (or any card if you are assigned as an owner on your Bloc dashboard).
- Click on "Fund card" and choose which account (between your main account and other sub-accounts you have created) you'd like to fund the card with.
You can also choose where your card spends from by linking your NGN or USD card to any of your sub-accounts and making it the official debit card for that account.
- Enter the amount you'd like to fund the card with and click on the fund card button, and you're done.
How to withdraw from a card
- On the My Cards page, click on the "more" icon on the card you wish to withdraw from.
- Click on withdraw from card in the options presented
- Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw from your card balance.
Click on the Withdraw from card button and you're done.
